Legal Name: If the legal name of the cable system begins with a single letter or "the" you may type in the first letter or article to do a search of all systems that begin with that letter or article (e.g. "c" or "the" or "abc") and press the submit button.
Example: If the legal name is Comcast Cable, you may enter any one of the following:

  1. "comcast"
  2. "com" (will allow you to search all cable systems that begin with "com")
  3. "c" (will allow you to search all cable systems that begin with "c")
  4. "%com" (will allow you to search all cable systems that end with "com" or have "com" as part of the name)

Also, some cable systems may only serve a property within a community, such as a hotel, apartment, condominium, or mobile home park. In such cases, entering the name of the property in the block provided will help to narrow your search.

Community Served: After selecting the state from the pull down window, enter the name or first three letters of a community served by the cable system (e.g. city, township, etc.).
Example: Dover, Delaware
